Visa® Debit & Credit Cardholders Must Re-enroll in
Verified by Visa
The VSECU converted its Visa card processor on July 20, 2005, to Star Systems, a leading electronic payments network and an expert in secure, real-time electronic transactions.
With this new processor, you must re-enroll in the Verified by Visa program if you enrolled prior to the conversion date. Verified by Visa protects your credit card and/or debit card when making purchases online with participating stores.

If you are shopping with stores not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your card will continue to work as usual.
